For over a decade we have shared our gourmet rum cake with friends and family across the nation and beyond. If you have never had a chance to experience our version of how a rum cake should taste, I urge you to give this a try. If you don't like it, I will NOT charge you.
Jude is my mother-in-law. We mastered this rum cake recipe many years ago following a trip to Panama. We use premium ingredients, the finest rum, pecans sourced from a small orchard in Missouri. We exclusively use Nordic Ware cookware. The environment is a priority to us, therefore, we recycle and compost.
This is an excellent gift for the person that has everything - foodies, executives, celebrities, musicians, and people who appreciate the finer things in life.
People often ask what makes my cakes different from other rum cakes. I believe that it is the quality products, technique, and consistency…that, and AMAZING friends and customers that share the cakes and spread the good word.
Jude's Rum Cake Review:
The color is dark golden, the texture is on the firm end and the cake has toasted pecans on top. The aroma is sweet and rich with vanilla and nuts. The sweetness level is high, with some of the glaze having small sugar crystals, moisture content is medium high. The pecans tasted very fresh. The aftertaste is as complex as the aroma.
