PX Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

2 oz. Dos Maderas PX 5+5

1/4 oz. Simple Syrup

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 dash Orange Bitters (optional)

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir about 40 rotations with a bar mixing spoon, julep strain over fresh ice cubes. Serve on the rocks. Garnish with an orange peel.
