Kiwi & Strawberry Fruit Mojito

Ingredients:

1 Kiwi

5 Strawberries

45 ml Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum

Crushed ice

60g Brown Sugar

Melon and Passion Fruit (for garnishing)

Top with Red Rum

Directions:

Mix kiwi & strawberries with brown sugar. Add crushed ice and white rum. Mix and top with crushed ice. Add red rum and garnish with melon & passion fruit.
