Santa Teresa Claro Rum (80-Proof, blend of rums up to 2 years old)

The rum has a light, yellow quartz color representative of the amount of time spent inside the cask. The aroma is surprisingly more complex and inviting than the color suggests, starting with a deep, honey-like scent that evokes candied fruits and jams.

The rum has a light body, it opens up smoothly in the palate, first releasing sugarcane notes, followed by a touch of cinnamon and hazelnuts, finishing with the lingering essence of wet oak.

This is a light, young rum that does not hide itself behind a veil of caramel. Instead, it relies on aging and blending alone to deliver a great everyday rum. Enjoy it in your  favorite fruit or cola-based cocktails.
