This rum features a dark and enigmatic chestnut color, the aroma is rich with vanilla and sugar, very much like a flan or egg custard.

The taste is perfectly aligned with the aroma, evocative of crème caramel, with a clean, semi-sweet finish that lingers in the palate for quite some time before dissipating.

This rum can be added to cakes, ice creams, coffee and makes an excellent cream soda cocktail when mixed with cola.
