Featured Cocktail: Mai Tai (August 30th)
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. White Rum
- 3/4 oz. Orange Curaçao
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice, Freshly Squeezed
- 1/2 oz. Orgeat
- 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
- For garnish, use any of the following: Lime Wheel and Mint Sprig, or Pineapple Wedge with Maraschino Cherry
Directions:
- Add the white rum, curaçao, lime juice and orgeat into a shaker with crushed ice and shake lightly (about 3 seconds).Pour into a double rocks glass.
- Float the dark rum over the top.
- Garnish and enjoy!
