Juice lemon, tangerines and orange into a small bowl. Slice mango into one-inch pieces. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
In a large bowl add Spring Mix, red onions, red apples, cranberries, candied pecans and Parmesan cheese. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss together.
Place peaches, cut side down, on grill. Close grill lid and cook for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix maple syrup with rum. Flip peaches and brush with maple syrup and rum mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over peach tops. Close lid and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Remove from grill. Place peaches in a bowl with vanilla ice cream and serve immediately.
