Pisces, an appropriate water sign, keep an extremely low profile compared to others in the zodiac and are sensitive, quiet, imaginative, and trustworthy. They can be overcautious and sometimes gullible which can cause the Pisces to be taken advantage of, which is unfortunate as this sign is quite gentle. My initial thought for a cocktail was the Dark and Stormy, a simple, yet very complex cocktail with many imaginative variations.  Created in Bermuda just after World War I, the Dark and Stormy was originally made with Gosling’s Black Seal Rum.    

  • 2 oz. Dark Rum
  • 3 oz. Ginger Beer (do not substitute with ginger ale)
  • Squeeze of a Lime Wedge

Build these ingredients in a rock's glass over ice.
